US Shipping Information
It usually can take up to five (5) business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.
Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $50.00 USD and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $50.00 USD, Standard Shipping is $9.95 USD. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Standard Shipping is typically five (5) business days or less.
You can always change or cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing it. We cannot make any changes or cancellations once orders are sent for processing.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed. Once an order has been shipped, there is no way to change its route. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for this service, depending on the carrier.
In an extremely rare circumstance, shipment delays can be caused by shipping companies, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions. Sadly, these situations are out of our control.
Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.
International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
If you experience any quality issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include pictures and a video of the damaged package, along with your order number. Once our team has verified the issue, we will fix all defects and/or replace missing/incorrect items for you absolutely free of charge. Please also report any loss to the carrier that delivered your package.
If you purchase Package Protection with your order and your package is stolen, damaged, or lost in the mail, please reach out to our team within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Package Protection is an optional and additional fee based on your order amount. Protection can range from $3.00 USD to $10.00 USD, and automatically covers eligible orders. Package Protection means that you can request a replacement of your order if: (i) you didn’t receive your order, or (ii) the product was stolen, or (iii) the product arrived damaged or different than described on our website.
